Daily Naturopathic Living: Herbal Teas

Walking around most health food stores you are bound to run into an aisle with rows and rows of tea.  Loose leaf or sachet, caffeinated or non, single scent or herbal blend.

It’s a rainbow of warm, cozy beverages as well as cool, refreshing drinks just waiting to be seeped.

And you should heed the wish!

Herbal teas are made from a variety of plants, barks, flowers, seeds, roots, and fruit and boast a bounty of health benefits.
