A new study has linked plastics and chemicals to a higher rate of infertility. Couples that struggled with infertility had three to five times the amount of phthalates in their urine compared to couples that achieved pregnancy naturally.  These phthalates come from commonly used plastics in cosmetics, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, nail polish, plastic wrapped food, etc. phthalates disrupt hormones and can lead to infertility problems in men and woman.

So how do you protect yourself and especially your children?

Eliminate toiletries, cosmetics, lotions, perfumes, laundry detergent, soaps, finger nail polish, etc that are not naturally based, phthalates, scent and dye free. Anything with a strong scent should be avoided.

Use more natural based products. To check what products are safe, click here or for more info on this study click here.
